Seekh Kabobs
Ingredients:
1 lb Crescent Foods Premium Halal Ground Chicken
½ medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup fresh mint, chopped
1 finely chopped green chili
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
Preparation:
Combine onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, salt, garam masala, egg, and fresh mint together
Add the mixture to the ground chicken and set aside for at least 2 hours.
Use a wide non-stick pan or grill pan.
Add olive oil on the seasoned ground chicken and form oblong kebabs. You may use a skewer to form the kebabs pressing the meat around the skewer.
Brown the kebabs on all sides on medium high heat about a minute on each side. Lower the heat to medium low and cover with a lid and cook the kebabs for another 10 minutes or till fully cooked.
Serve with mint chutney
