Salt and ground pepper
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped rosemary
2 tbsp of parsley
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 red tomato chopped into cubes
1 small red onion chopped into cubes
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and parsley
Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over chicken generously
Marinate for around 20-30 minutes
Grill chicken at 165 degrees Fahrenheit turning once. Allow 10-15 minutes cooking time.
Top with tomatoes and onions.
