Featured Recipe – Herb Grilled Chicken Breast
If you have every caught yourself standing over the kitchen sink wondering how to transform a tray of fresh chicken into the mouth watering meals you see on TV or cookbooks, you are not alone. At Crescent Foods, we take the guesswork out of how to take something raw and make it ravishing.
Ingredients:
4-6oz Crescent Foods Premium Halal Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Salt and ground pepper
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 red tomato, chopped
1 Small red onion, chopped
Preparation:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and parsley
Generously drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over chicken generously
Marinate for around 20-30 minutes
Grill chicken at 165 degrees Fahrenheit turning once. Allow 10-15 minutes cooking time.
Top with tomatoes and onions.
