  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup micro parsley, for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray.
